President Zelensky visited wounded children at Okhmatdyt, including Maryna Ponomaryova, the first child war victim in Ukraine to receive a prosthetic limb. Zelensky praised the resilience of Ukrainian children and the efforts to recover from Russian strikes.

The president said he was proud of all the people who help Ukrainians overcome the consequences of Russian strikes and rebuild their lives.

The Presidential Administration reported that Zelenskyy also spoke with Ksenia Verbytska, who was injured in a rocket attack in Chernihiv.

The President also spoke with Kateryna and Yulia Iorgu. The girls were injured in a rocket attack on the Kramatorsk railway station. Their mother died then. Yelyzaveta Nadtochiy and Bohdan Yalovytsky, with whom the President spoke, are undergoing scheduled rehabilitation at Okhmatdyt.

Okhmatdyt CEO Volodymyr Zhovnir handed the President toys made by the hospital's young patients.
