"The procedure for registering volunteer vehicles for military personnel has been simplified," the ministry said.
As noted, the government has introduced a mechanism for temporary state registration of vehicles that military personnel receive as humanitarian aid and use while defending the state.
"From now on, servicemen can register such vehicles in their own names and use them legally until the end of martial law and three months after its lifting or termination," the ministry said.
Reportedly, in order to register such a vehicle for temporary state registration, a serviceman must submit it to a service center within 10 days of signing the acceptance certificate:
- statement;
- an identity document;
- a document on military service;
- vehicle transfer and acceptance certificate in the prescribed form;
- a printed electronic declaration.
