Air quality deteriorates in Kyiv due to dust from Europe: what residents should do

An increase in the concentration of suspended particles has been recorded in the capital due to the cross-border transfer of dust from Europe. The KCSA advises to close windows and limit outdoor activities.
In Kyiv, there is a temporary deterioration in air quality, the level of pollution is average, UNN reports with reference to KCSA.
"There is an increase in the concentration of suspended particles (dust). The probable cause of the temporary deterioration in air quality is the cross-border impact, the transfer of dust from Europe," the statement said.
The KCSA added that in case of further deterioration of the air condition, it is recommended to close windows, limit outdoor activities and drink plenty of water. If you have an air purifier, turn it on at maximum.
