The second judge of the Kyiv court of Appeal was given a preventive measure in the form of detention with the possibility of bail in the amount of UAH 2.5 million for allegedly receiving a bribe in the amount of 3 35,000.

The investigating judge applied to the specified suspect a preventive measure in the form of detention with alternative to making a deposit in the amount of UAH 2.5 million with the appropriate deposit procedural obligations

The court decided to take the specified suspect is taken into custody in the courtroom.
