Kyiv is preparing for an international conference: what is known about the meeting of diplomats

An international conference on Ukraine's role on the world stage will be held in Kyiv. The event is dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Kyiv National University School of International Relations and will be attended by foreign diplomats.
In late November, Kyiv will host an important international conference to discuss Ukraine's role in the global political arena. This was announced by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, UNN reports.

The event is dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. The Head of the Presidential Office Andriy Yermak said this during a meeting with IIR students, adding that Ukraine continues to actively fight for its independence and national interests.
The meeting with the future diplomats was also attended by the Minister of Foreign Affairs Andriy Sybiga, ambassadors of the EU, the UK, Denmark, Egypt and South Africa. The IIR Director Valeriy Kopiyka emphasized the symbolic support of foreign representatives, which gives strength to the staff of the Institute, which was recently damaged by a rocket attack on Kyiv.
Andriy Yermak also called on students to stay in Ukraine, continuing their studies and work for the future of the country, and suggested starting monthly meetings with diplomats. Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiga noted that Ukraine's diplomatic service needs new personnel now more than ever and encouraged students to join internships at the Foreign Ministry.
