Recently The Washington post citing intercepted emails provided by the Ukrainian side reported on secret negotiations between between Russia and China about plans to build an underwater tunnel that would connect Russia with occupied Crimea to protect the transportation route from Ukrainian attacks.

However, today Dmytro Pletenchuk said that it is impossible to hide such a large-scale project.
