According to the Russian media, Putin met with DPRK Foreign Minister Choi Song Hee, who is on a visit to Moscow. It is noted that Choi Song-hee conveyed “warm and friendly words of greeting” to Putin. For his part, Putin asked her to convey his “warmest wishes” to Kim Jong-un.
