"Around 11:55, the village of Kozacha Lopan of the Dergachiv community came under fire. According to preliminary information, the occupants used multiple rocket launchers. The shelling damaged a residential building. An 18-year-old boy was injured and sustained an explosive wound," the statement said.

The victim was taken to a medical facility, where he is receiving the necessary assistance.

As reported by the Kharkiv regional police, over the past day, Russian military used guided aerial bombs and an FPV drone against civilians in Kharkiv region. According to the head of the Kharkiv RMA, Oleh Syniehubov, at 16:35 the day before, Russian troops conducted an air strike, preceded by three KABs in an open area (field) near the village of Udy in the Zolochiv community and one KAB near the village of Kostyantynivka.
