Russian troops shelled a residential area in Toretsk, Donetsk, wounding three civilians in an administrative building where humanitarian aid was distributed. An investigation into war crimes has been launched.

It is reported that on November 30, at 10: 30, the invaders they probably carried out a mortar attack on Toretsk. The target of the Russian troops was a residential area. An 86-year-old woman and two men aged 63 and 34 years was taken to the hospital with shrapnel wounds. The latter is located in serious condition, the prosecutor's office said.

For the procedural management of the Donetsk regional administration the prosecutor's office is conducting a pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings for violation of the laws and customs of War (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
