The first snow of the season fell in Kyiv and its suburbs, moving from north to south. The phenomenon was accompanied by strong winds, which caused a dust storm in the Brovarskyi district and a tree falling on Berezniakivska Street.

The weather was moving from north to south: first it snowed in Brovary, and then fine wet snow was noticed on the left bank, near the Olympiyska metro station, Sviatoshyno and other areas of the capital.
Social media also reported strong winds that preceded the snow. In particular, the gale force winds created a dust storm in the Brovary district, which hampered traffic.
And in Dniprovskyi district, a tree fell due to the wind on Berezniakivska Street. It fell on the facade of a house and ended up on the gas main of a high-rise building.

Residents of Kharkiv region also reported the first snow. Forecasters predict sleet and rain across the country.
In the coming days , Ukraine is expected to have mostly dry weather, but wet snow is possible in some places on November 5-6. Temperatures will be down to -5° at night and up to +13° during the day, with fog in the west and wind gusts of up to 18 m/s.
