Zelenskyy creates new military administration in Zaporizhzhia region and appoints its head

The President signs a decree on the establishment of Novovasylivka village military administration in Melitopol district. Volodymyr Zadyraka was appointed its head.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed a decree establishing the Novovasylivka settlement military administration in Zaporizhzhia region and appointed its head, UNN reports citing relevant documents on the President's website.
Details
"To establish the Novovasylivka settlement military administration of Melitopol district, Zaporizhzhia region," reads Decree No. 750/2024 of November 5.
Zelenskyy also instructed the General Staff and Zaporizhzhia RMA to take measures related to the formation of a military administration.
In addition, Zelenskyy appointed Volodymyr Zadyraka as the head of the newly formed administration by Decree No. 120/2024-rp of November 5.

The Novovasylivska settlement territorial community consists of 2 settlements and 18 villages, which have been under Russian occupation almost since the beginning of the full-scale invasion.
