Another new ASC opened in Kyiv region: what services are available to 19 thousand residents of Dymer

A new building of the Administrative Services Center was opened in the village of Dymer, Vyshhorod district. From now on, more than 19 thousand residents of the community will be able to receive high-quality and affordable administrative services in a single place, in comfort, without queues and unnecessary  bureaucratic obstacles. [This was announced by Ruslan Kravchenko, head of the Kyiv RMA, who took part in the opening of the ASC, UNN reports.

"Accessible administrative services not only make people's lives easier, but also help build trust in government institutions. Today we have a new building in the hromada thanks to cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the United Nations Development Program and with the financial support of the EU," said the head of the RMA. 

Dymer community is one of those that were occupied by the Russians. After the liberation of the region, all services were provided at the Center, which was located in the Dymer village council.

The new ASC will provide almost  250 types of administrative services to the community. In particular, they will be able to register a place of residence, a civil status certificate, and receive services for registering real estate or business.

Subsequently, it will be possible to issue a passport of a citizen of Ukraine, a foreign passport , exchange a driver's license and register a vehicle here.

The premises are modern and comfortable. It has unimpeded access for people with disabilities and other low-mobility groups, and it is possible to serve people with hearing impairments.

For reference

Today, there are 69  ASCs, 3 territorial units, 167 remote workplaces and 2 starostas who perform administrative functions in Kyiv region. Since the beginning of the year, the centers have provided almost 1 million administrative services. All ASCs are equipped with computer tablets that allow for video communication with a sign language interpreter and provide services to visitors with visual and hearing impairments.
