Odesa received the first gas piston plant to provide heat and water to 250,000 residents. Three more units are planned to be delivered by 2025.
Recently, Odesa received the first of four gas piston units funded by the allies. This was reported by Anton Shalyhailo, deputy head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, on the air of the United News marathon, UNN reports.
"It will help ensure uninterrupted heat and water supply for one of Odesa's neighborhoods, which is home to about 250,000 people. It will allow us to provide uninterrupted heat and water supply even in the event of a power outage
We expect two more gas piston units by the end of the year, the last one in 2025," he says.
