Bundeswehr Inspector General Carsten Breuer believes that there will be no significant changes on the frontline in Ukraine due to the length and fortification of the frontline. He notes that slow operations are possible, but large-scale offensives are difficult due to the rapid detection of troop concentrations.

Bundeswehr Inspector General Carsten Breuer believes that  no significant changes are expected at the front in Ukraine , but the situation in the country still depends on support. He said this in an interview with Tagesspiegel, UNN reports with reference to Welt.

We will not see any large-scale movements on the Ukrainian battlefield in the near future. The length and fortification of the frontline make this largely impossible

- Breyer said.

However, he added that slow operations are possible, but large-scale offensives will be difficult to carry out. "The concentration of troops will be immediately recognized and will lead to counterattacks," Breuer said.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says Ukraine could end the hot phase of the war by the end of this year if a plan is developed with the support of its allies.
