Massive attacks on Israeli citizens broke out in Amsterdam after a football match between the Israeli club Maccabi Tel Aviv and the local Ajax. This was reported by The Times of Israel, according to UNN.

The attackers reportedly used Palestinian flags and shouted slogans in support of Palestine. Several people were injured as a result of these incidents.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called for two planes to be sent to Amsterdam to evacuate Israelis, and also appealed to Dutch Prime Minister Dick Schuf and local security forces to take urgent measures to protect Israeli citizens and ensure their safety. Israeli Ambassador to the UN Danny Danon called these events a “pogrom”, emphasizing the threatening nature of the situation.
