The Russian military shot six Ukrainian prisoners of war in the Pokrovsk sector. Three soldiers were killed on October 23 near Selydove, and three more on November 1 during an assault on Ukrainian Armed Forces fortifications.

On November 1, during the storming of the Ukrainian Armed Forces fortifications in the same Pokrovsk direction, three more prisoners of war were killed by Russian representatives using automatic weapons.

The Prosecutor General's Office emphasized that these actions are a violation of the Geneva Conventions and qualify as an international crime.

The investigation is being conducted by SBU investigators in Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
