Ukraine's heating season has started in all regions except Kherson. Heat is being supplied to 70% of residential buildings and over 80% of social facilities, and 83% of boiler houses are operating.
Ukraine's heating season has started in all regions except Kherson Oblast, with heat being supplied to 70% of residential buildings and more than 80% of social facilities, and 83% of boiler houses operating, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said on Telegram following a government meeting on Tuesday, UNN reports.

"The heating season has started in all regions of Ukraine. The exception is Kherson region, where the weather is still relatively warm. The readiness of communities and regions for winter is one hundred percent. 83% of all boiler houses are operating, heat is supplied to 70% of residential buildings and more than 80% of schools, hospitals and kindergartens," Shmyhal wrote.
According to him, the relevant ministries and departments are monitoring the situation and, together with local authorities, understand their areas of responsibility.
