"Kyiv continues to connect the housing stock to heating. [As of the morning of November 1, 4[/2] 161 residential buildings, or 60%[/4] of the total number of buildings serviced by municipal housing organizations, are already receiving heating," said Petro Panteleev, deputy head of KCSA.
According to him, "the connection rate is much lower, namely 13%, in the buildings of housing cooperatives, condominiums and departmental buildings, which are being supplied with heat upon their individual applications."
"We see that the air temperature is dropping significantly. Therefore, I ask the heads of condominiums, housing cooperatives and other responsible persons not to hesitate and contact the heat supply organizations to connect the buildings in time. All services are working in an enhanced mode, without days off and breaks, as stable entry into the heating season is now a priority," said Panteleev.
